Sevoflurane group (Sev group):Anesthesia was maintained by continuous inhalation of 1% to 3% sevoflurane

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery, regardless of gender, aged 70-84 years, weight 45.5-74.5 Kg, ASA grade II or ?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with myocardial infarction in recent half a year; 2. There are serious cerebrovascular diseases; 3. A history of endocrine diseases such as hyperthyroidism; 4. History of allergy to study drugs or allergic diseases; 5. Preoperative cTnI, CK-MB and BNP levels exceeded the normal range; 6. Patients who have used sevoflurane or hormones within 1 month before surgery.
