18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (determined by MDS clinical diagnostic criteria); 2. H-Y at levels 1-2.5; 3. All patients or family members sign informed consent; 4. Vital signs are stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cranial and ocular surgery; 2. Subjects with serious behavioral problems or mental disorders; 3. Combined with cognitive impairment (MMS<=24 points), unable to cooperate with the examination; 4. Suffering from ophthalmology-related diseases (including glaucoma, macular degeneration, conjugate movement disorder of two eyes, but not limited to); 5. All subjects were excluded from taking antipsychotics, antidepressants, or antiepileptics.
