Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with essential hypertension who underwent elective surgery under general anesthesia in the Seventh People's Hospital of Chengdu, the Fifth People's Hospital of Chengdu and the People's Hospital of Chengdu from February 2022 to December 2022 were classified as hyperuricemia when their serum uric acid was > 417µmol/L in males and > 357µmol/L in females at the time of clinical diagnosis. 2. Aged above 18 and below 70, ASA II or III. 3. Intraoperative tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had a history of intubation and general anesthesia 2 weeks before surgery; 2. Patients with long-term poor preoperative blood pressure control; 3. Patients with progressive neuromuscular diseases, peripheral vascular diseases, gout, type 2 diabetes, liver and kidney insufficiency, secondary hypertension and severe hypertension complications, preoperative oral angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or oral angiotensin receptor blockers, diuretics, central antihypertensive drugs, and persistent blood pressure exceeding 180/110 mmHg; 4. Participated in other drug clinical researchers in the past three months and used hormones for a long time; 5. Obesity (BMI>24kg/m^2), pregnancy, alcoholism, morphine addiction, psychiatric disorders and other ineligible participants in this clinical trial.
