Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PUJO was detected by B-ultrasound, MRU and renal dynamic nuclide imaging; 2. The parents of the children have good compliance and can be regularly reviewed and followed up; 3. Aged <=14 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hydronephrosis due to other causes, such as ureteral terminal stenosis, primary cystoureteral reflux, neurogenic bladder, posterior urethral valve, etc. 2. Suffering from other diseases, such as acute and chronic nephritis, urinary calculi, urinary tract infection, etc.
