18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Within 1 week of onset; 3. Acute ischemic stroke diagnosed by head CT or magnetic resonance imaging; 4. The pre-onset mRS Score was less than or equal to 1 point; 5. Symptomatic intracranial segment of internal carotid artery (M1 segment of middle cerebral artery or proximal basilar artery stenosis >50%) judged by CTA or MRA; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage diagnosed by cranial CT; 2. Cardiogenic embolism (atrial fibrillation, heart valve disease); 3. Patients with emergency intravenous thrombolysis and thrombolysis; 4. Patients who expected stenting within 6 months; 5. Patients who were continuously treated with statins or PCSK9 inhibitors 1 month before onset of disease; 6. Failure to complete follow-up visits, laboratory tests and other research procedures as scheduled; 7. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 8. Pregnant patients; 9. Those who were considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
