Group C1:Oral administration of 0 ml of 10% glucose solution before surgery

Group C2:Oral administration of 200 ml of 10% glucose solution before surgery

Group C3:Oral administration of 300 ml of 10% glucose solution before surgery

Group C4:Oral administration of 400 ml of 10% glucose solution before surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-50; 2. ASA?-? level; 3. BMI 18.5-28kg/m^2; 4. Join the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; 2. Patients with high risk of reflux aspiration (pyloric or digestive tract obstruction, reflux esophagitis and other stomach diseases); 3. Abnormal gastric motility, recently taking drugs that affect gastric motility; 4. History of diabetes; 5. Recent history of serious diseases and operations; 6. Patients with neurological diseases and inability to cooperate.
