Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years. 2. The patient can cooperate with and tolerate the implantation process without serious systemic diseases. 3. Mandibular posterior teeth are missing, and buccal keratinized gingival is less than 2mm. 4. Good oral hygiene, healthy periodontal tissues, plaque index <=20% (Full-mouth plaque score, FMPS). 5. No severe night bruxism or smoking (<=10 teeth/day).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled diabetes and high blood pressure. 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients. 3. Taking intravenous or bisphosphonates or long-term anticoagulant drugs. 4. Patients fail to return to the doctor on time and fail to follow the treatment procedures associated with the study.
