Double lung ventilation group:The surgical lung receive normoxic stimulus

Persistent dependence on single lung ventilation group:The surgical lung receive persistent hypoxic stimuli

Repetitive single and double lung alternating ventilation group:The surgical lung receive intermittent hypoxic stimuli

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, Aged 18-70 years, no gender limitation; 2. Patients receiving conventional thoracoscopic right lung resection; 3. ASA grade I to III; 4. Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of pulmonary surgery; 2. Severe double-lumen bronchial displacement occurred during the operation; 3. Patients who regularly take ACEI or ARB, calcium channel antagonists and nitrates; 4, FEV1/FVC<60%, cardiopulmonary exercise experiment, maximum oxygen consumption <10ml/(kg.min).
