Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The Sleep Condition Indicator score is less than or equal to 16 points; 2. Aged >= 18 years (no upper age limit); 3. Can have a stable network connection; 4. Able to read and understand Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-existing with other types of sleep disorders (e.g., sleep apnea); 2. Diagnosed with psychotic symptoms or manic symptoms; 3. Suffering from a serious physical health condition that requires surgery or reduces life expectancy to less than six months; 4. Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia at the same time, or other drug therapy, other types of psychotherapy; 5. Staff who work at night or on shift for a long period of time.
