Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke after 6 months or less; 3. The patients were diagnosed as PS at the initial assessment, i.e., Burke Lateropalation Scale (BLS) score >=3; 4. Able to execute two-step instructions; 5. The patient or her legal representative has the ability to provide informed consent; 6. No other neurological diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Visual field defect or ocular muscle paralysis; 2. Orthopedic diseases with limited participation, such as fractures, severe osteoporosis or lower limb contracture; 3. Unstable condition or inability to safely perform light-to-moderate exercise; 4. Intracranial metal implants, pacemakers, brain tumors, meningitis, or epilepsy.
