Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, gender unlimited; 2. Patients with chronic insomnia (all candidates must meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for primary chronic insomnia in ICSD-3 criteria); 3. Patients with normal liver, kidney and heart functions (urine routine, blood biochemistry, electrocardiogram, etc., are normal); 4. Those who know how to use intelligent terminals after training (such as the use of wearable detection devices); 5. Those who agree to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent; 6. Able to participate in the whole test until the completion of the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical diseases, mental disorders and/or sleep disorders (including patients with restless leg syndrome) that are clearly diagnosed and directly affect sleep and have not been cured; 2. Those who have received some kind of insomnia medication or psychotherapy within the last 1 month; 3. Patients who are taking nutritional supplements and vitamin supplements; 4. Pregnant, shift workers, perennial night workers, frequent cross-time zone fliers (such as crew members of international flights), patients with delayed sleep phase syndrome; 5. Patients with tumor, dyslexia or lack of self-care ability; 6. Risk of depression and suicide (suicide plans/attempts within the last month); 7. Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes who need regular medication intervention; 8. Patients with hyperuricemia or gout; 9. Sleep disorders due to other medical conditions.
