Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first stroke that meets the international diagnostic criteria for stroke and is confirmed by imaging examinations such as head CT or MRI; and it is a unilateral lesion; the age is between 40-75 years old; 2. The patient developed CRPS in the upper limbs after the stroke, which meets the diagnostic criteria of CRPS stage I or II; 3. Stable stroke, normal cognitive function, and able to understand and cooperate with injection and evaluation requirements; 4. Willing to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are known to be allergic to the research drug and its ingredients; 2. Skin lesions or infections at the neck injection site; 3. Primary diseases such as periarthritis, rotator cuff injury, and osteoporosis in the affected shoulder joint; 4. Participated in other drug clinical trials within 1 month before this study; 5. Have received CRPS drug or injection treatment before this study 6. Patients with severe heart, kidney, and other diseases, as well as abnormal liver function intolerable;
