Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) anesthesia grades I to II; 2. Age > 18 years old, education level of junior high school or above (education > 9 years); 3. Patients undergoing elective breast cancer surgery under total intravenous anesthesia alone; 4. Subjects voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hearing and visual impairment were excluded before surgery; 2. Patients with severe hypertension; 3. Intracranial mass or intracranial hypertension; patients with glaucoma and hyperthyroidism; 4. Patients suffering from neuropsychiatric diseases or taking drugs that affect the function of the mental system, such as sedatives, hypnotics, anxiolytics or antidepressants.
