Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The transplantation cycle was cancelled when the endometrial thickness was less than 7mm for two consecutive times; 2. Aged between 25 and 35; 3. Normal basal hormone levels; 4. Normal menstrual cycle and ovulation monitored by multi-cycle B-mode ultrasound; 5. No history of intrauterine operation in the past two months; 6. At least one high-quality embryo of grade II or above in the freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal reproductive endocrine; Polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, etc.; 2. Abnormal anatomical structure of the female reproductive tract does not have pregnancy function; 3. Severe hydrocephalus of fallopian tubes; 4. Other factors affecting the endometrial microenvironment (endometrial polyps, endometritis, adenomyosis, etc.); 5. If the woman is suffering from serious physical or mental disease and cannot conceive; 6. Those who failed to carry out embryo transplantation due to various reasons during the treatment.
