Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ranged from 50 to 80 years old, with no limitation on male and female ratio; 2. The patient's diagnosis was in line with the diagnostic criteria of acute cerebral infarction set by the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference; 3. According to clinical manifestations, imaging (head CT or MRI) confirmed the diagnosis of ischemic stroke; 4. Informed consent and informed consent were signed by the patient's family members; 5. The whole onset time < 6h; 6. American Society of Anesthesiologists Surgical Risk Rating (ASA) III-IV; 7. NIHSS score <=20.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage or CT examination has shown a large area of low density; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, and renal insufficiency, dementia, and sepsis; 3. Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage; 4. Complicated with intracranial aneurysm and intracranial tumor; 5. Patients with a history of drug allergy under general anesthesia.
