Control group:Traditional dressing change therapy
Drug intervention group:On the basis of traditional dressing change therapy, painless drug therapy based on eCASH concept was adopted
Non-drug treatment group:On the basis of traditional dressing change therapy, eCASH based on the concept of music, video, psychological suggestion and other non-drug treatment methods were adopted.
Comprehensive treatment group:On the basis of traditional dressing change therapy, eCASH painless and comfortable therapy was used simultaneously.

14 Years to 73 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute small wound area (< 10%TBSA); 2. Chronic wounds that last four weeks or more and are difficult to heal; 3. Unbearable pain as determined by a VAS score greater than 3; 4. Patients able to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Wounds with active bleeding, exposure of large blood vessels or nerves, and locally cancerous unlikely to tolerate debridement; 2. Systemic complications affecting wound healing, such as malnutrition, cancer, autoimmune diseases, etc; 3. Diabetic patients with unstable glycemic control in the last two weeks; 4. Patients with mental illness.
