Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-64 years old; 2. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I or II grade; 3. BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 4. Patients with benign meningioma (WHO I), undergo meningioma resection for the first time; 5. Right-handed; 6. Willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of pre-existed delayed anesthesia recovery or cognitive impairment; 2. Consciousness altering caused by the tumor before surgery; 3. History of allergy to anesthetic agents or ulinastatin; 4. Multiple or recurrent meningiomas; 5. Unable to undergo NSTs or preoperatively demention assessed via MMSE, or CDR > 0; 6. Preoperative intracranial hypertension or infection requiring immediate treatment, or history of previous brain surgery; 7. Heart, hepatic, lung, and renal dysfunction; 8. Contraindications for MRI; 9. Pregnant and lactant women; 10. Non-right-handed or refusal to enroll in this study.
