65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective total knee replacement; 2. Patients and their family members shall be informed and sign informed consent; 3. Aged between 65 and 80; 4. ASA grade I- III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anatomical abnormalities or local infection at the puncture site; 2. Patients with central peripheral nervous system disease or craniocerebral injury who cannot communicate normally; 3. Patients who continuously used anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs before surgery; 4. Patients who have taken opioids or psychotropic drugs recently; 5. Patients with drug allergy.
