Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years old; 2. The central visual acuity decreases slowly, there may be visual object deformation, there is gaze shadow in front, and finally, the central visual acuity is lost; 3. Fundus photography shows clearly defined non-hemoglobin or hard exudated yellowish white protruding material; FA showed low fluorescence plaque under early occlusion and high fluorescence without leakage in late stage; OCT showed subretinal hyperreflexive lesions, which may be accompanied by adjacent RPE and elliptical zone loss. Octa provided noninvasive evaluation of blood flow in fibrotic choroidal neovascularization. A variety of ophthalmic examinations were consistent with the performance of multimodal imaging of subretinal fibrosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any previous history of eye trauma, surgery, laser treatment, etc; 2. Other diseases that cause ocular fundus disease (glaucoma, retinal vascular obstruction and diabetic retinopathy); 3. The refractive stroma is obviously turbid and cannot cooperate with the examination; 4. Other fibrosis-causing diseases (diabetic retinopathy, vitreous body retinopathy).
