Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-80 years old; 2. Conform to the WHO diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in 1999; 3. Diagnosed as DPN by the Toronto Clinical Scoring System; 4. Stand on one leg with eyes open or closed for less than 5 seconds, standing-walking timing The test time is more than 10 seconds, and any test is abnormal; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 120 mmHg; 2. Blood glucose> 16.7 mmol/L or < 4.0 mmol/L; 3. Diabetes complicated with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe retinopathy, severe musculoskeletal disease, severe renal disease, new stroke and complicated with various acute infections; 4. Combined with foot ulcers, gangrene and amputation (toes); 5. Cognitive impairment; 6. Unable to complete the exercise program independently.
