Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with angle closure neovascular glaucoma. 1. Eye pain, headache, high intraocular pressure (>=21mmHg); 2. Low vision, new blood vessels found in the iris or atrial angle; 3. Slit lamp examination showed that the cornea was transparent and there was no inflammatory reaction in the anterior segment; 4. Posterior segment was examined under fundus microscope to exclude other eye diseases; 5. Have a certain level of education, fully understand the significance and risks of clinical trials, agree and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With other serious systemic diseases, pregnant and lactating women, with a history of drug abuse and alcoholism; 2. Those with other eye diseases, such as iridocyclitis, keratitis, ocular trauma, and secondary glaucoma.
