Control group:Postoperative observation, when intracranial pressure cannot be controlled by other methods or when brain temperature exceeds 39°C, use mild hypothermia to assist

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 2. Aneurysms were confirmed by CTA or DSA and clipped at an extremely early stage; 3. Hunt-Hess grade >= 4; 4. Follow-up time >= 6 months; 5. The patient signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Haemaclovesicular aneurysm or recurrent aneurysm; 2. Underlying diseases with serious prognostic effects; 3. Patients and their family members have no strong desire for treatment or cannot be routinely followed up; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Participating in other clinical trials; 6. For any reason, the researchers did not consider it suitable for inclusion.
