Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years; 2. Inpatients diagnosed as stage I, II, III pneumoconiosis in the Occupational Disease Department of the Fourth Hospital of West China; 3. Those who have received physical examination in the Physical Examination Department of the Fourth Hospital of West China; 4. Participate voluntarily and have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immunosuppressed patients; 2. Patients with a history of tuberculosis; 3. Patients who have received LTBI treatment; 4. HIV patients; 5. Diagnosed patients with active tuberculosis; 6. Previous history of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Patients who cannot obtain clinical diagnosis due to short stay in hospital or complicated condition; 9. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for the study by the researcher.
