Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 65 years; (2) Permanent residents of Chengdu (residence duration >= 6 months); (3) Diagnosed with dementia by a clinician; (4) Those who do not live alone and have care; (5) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent (if unable to give informed consent, the informed consent shall be signed by their family members); 2. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: (1) Age >= 18 years; (2) Living with the dementia patient and being the patient's primary caregiver; (3) There is no restriction on household registration, currently living in Chengdu, and has no plan to leave the current residence in the next 3 years; (4) Owning a smart phone; (5) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
