Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Total gastrectomy was performed for middle and upper gastric cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic conditions that cannot tolerate surgery; 2. People with intellectual disabilities; 3. Not willing to participate in this study or not cooperating with researchers.
