18 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. All enrolled patients received emergency surgery; 3. Gastrointestinal perforation was clearly present during the operation; 4. The perforation site is located in the small intestine (i.e. jejunum and ileum) above the ileocecal section below the flexion ligament.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anastomotic leakage after gastrointestinal surgery; 2. Concurrent perforation of non-small intestine.
