Interventions

Gold Standard:It is based on three core motor symptoms, that is, one of the necessary motor retardation and at least two symptoms of static tremor or myotonia.
Index test:ocular dysmetria test
smooth pursuit test
optokinetic test.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All early patients who may be clinically diagnosed with Parkinson's syndrome (including progressive supranuclear palsy, cortical basal ganglia degeneration, multisystem atrophy, etc.) and those who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's syndrome; 2. Able to cooperate with related inspection; 3. In the relatively stable period of drug therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive decline (MMSE scoreIlliterate < 17 points, education for 1-6 years < 20 points, education for more than 7 years < 24 points); 2. Patients with ophthalmology-related diseases and diseases of the peripheral vestibular system; 3. Patients with acute onset of vertigo; 4. Patients with cranial hypertension, acute stage of cerebrovascular disease, and unstable vital signs.
