18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 80 years >= age >= 18 years; 2. Dialysis treatment > 3 months; 3. It meets the diagnostic criteria of secondary hyperparathyroidism; 4. It meets the surgical indication of parathyroidectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The causes of the first operation were primary hyperparathyroidism and triple hyperparathyroidism; 2. Parathyroid tumor or cancer not caused by nephropathy; 3. Preoperative original renal transplantation.
