40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Grade I-III; 2. Ages 40-85 years; 3. Elective hip replacement under general anesthesia; 4. BMI less than 30 kg/m2; 5. Normal liver and kidney function. 6. Patients were informed of the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture site infection; 2. Anticoagulant state; 3. Allergic to local anesthetics; 4. Severe cardiovascular diseases and blood diseases; 5. Alcohol abuse; 6. Myasthenia gravis or Parkinson's disease; 7. Previous history of spinal surgery; 8. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with pain assessment.
