Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with class ? bone malocclusion and orthodontic orthognathic combined treatment with maxillary reduction and strong anchorage adduction of first premolars and no mandibular reduction before orthodontic treatment; 2. Age 18-35 years, male or female; 3. ANSI class ?, anterior teeth retraction; 4. ANB 110°, L1/MP < 90°; 5. Slight maxillary congestion and mild to moderate mandibular congestion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with moderate or severe periodontitis or uncontrolled periodontitis; 3. Suffering from tumors and systemic serious diseases; 4. Patients with cleft palate or other maxillofacial abnormalities; 5. Do not agree to participate in the study.
