Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Maxillary premolars and molars without teeth for at least 3 months; 3. The remaining bone at the planned implant site was = 6 mm in width; 4. The whole body is in good condition and can accept surgery; 5. Be willing to sign informed consent, have good medical compliance, and be able to return to the hospital regularly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Absolute contraindications for implant surgery or bone enhancement surgery; 2. Smoking ( > 10 cigarettes/day); 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Uncontrollable systemic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune diseases, etc.); 5. Undergoing radiotherapy or bisphosphate treatment for head and neck; 6. Allergic to materials that may be exposed during operation; 7. Periodontal disease, pulp disease or other oral diseases; 8. People with maxillary sinus disease; 9. Implant or bone increment surgery was performed at the surgical site before surgery; 10. Schneider membrane perforation during operation.
