18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Right-handed, aged 18 to 60 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stage I hypertension; 3. Not taking any antihypertensive drugs; 4. There are no contraindications to MRI scanning; 5. Voluntary informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The 10-year risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) was estimated at 10%; 2. History of dizziness, fall or syncope; 3. Primary cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, kidney and hematopoietic diseases or diabetes, thyroid dysfunction and other metabolic diseases; 4. Skin diseases or skin lesions; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Have epilepsy or obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 7. Suffers from severe mental disorder; 8. Abnormal blood biochemical test or risk of infectivity; 9. Carotid plaque or severe carotid stenosis; 10. Participate in other clinical trials.
