Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergic rhinitis meet the diagnostic criteria for AR, with two or more symptoms, such as paroxysmal sneezing, watery nose, nasal itching, sneezing, etc., lasting or accumulated for more than 1 hour per day; 2. The serum IgE of patients with allergic rhinitis was positive ( >= 0.35 kU/L); 3. At least one skin prick test was positive in patients with allergic rhinitis; 4. Patients with non-allergic rhinitis have different degrees of nasal congestion, nasal mucus, nasal itching, sneezing and other clinical symptoms; 5. Non-allergic rhinitis patients with serum IgE detection results were negative ( <= 0.35 kU/L); 6. The results of all skin prick tests in patients with non-allergic rhinitis were negative; 7. The control group had no history of allergy or family history of allergy; 8. The control group had no allergy-related symptoms; 9. Volunteer for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have used antibiotics, immune agents, systemic or local glucocorticoids within 3 months, and antihistamines within 1 month; 2. Other diseases related to nasal cavity: sinusitis, nasal polyps, benign and malignant tumors nasal furuncle, nasal carbuncle, intranasal infection, nasal bleeding within 1 month; 3. Other diseases of the respiratory system: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, pneumonia, pulmonary heart disease, pulmonary malignancy; 4. Hypertension, coronary heart disease, hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism, liver and kidney dysfunction, hematological diseases, etc.; 5. The abnormal examination results of clinical significance before the test may bias the results of this experiment as judged by the researchers.
