18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was over 18 years; 2. Endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia is required, double-lumen endotracheal intubation or bronchial blocking tube to achieve single lung ventilation; 3. Scheduled video-assisted thoracoscopic and pneumonectomy requiring single lung ventilation lasting >= 1 hour; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome in the last 3 months before surgery; 2. Severe organ dysfunction, including severe liver dysfunction (e.g., liver failure), chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate 30 kg/m2; 6. Do not agree to participate in this experiment.
