18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Dentition defect with buccal horizontal bone defect, who need bone augmentation but meet the conditions for simultaneous implant; 3. The healing time after tooth extraction >= 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with current or past serious systemic diseases; 2. patients who have received steroids anti-inflammatory drugs for a long time; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Patients with severe smoking (more than 10 cigarettes/day), alcoholism and drug abuse; 5. Patients with poor oral hygiene; 6. Patients unable to complete follow-up.
