Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years, gender unlimited; 2. Proposed elective joint replacement (operation duration = 3 points; 5. Clear consciousness, no serious cognitive dysfunction or other mental diseases; 6. Stable condition, able to cooperate to complete the study; 7. Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent; 2. Patients with acute and critical conditions (including acute heart failure, acute stroke, acute myocardial infarction, severe infection, etc.); 3. Patients with hypertension whose blood pressure was not satisfactorily controlled by medication (systolic blood pressure >= 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 105 mmHg); 4. Patients who are completely unable to cooperate with the study; 5. Plan to stay in ICU; 6. Other conditions considered unsuitable for the study by the investigator.
