40 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 40 and 60 years; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. BMI (Body Mass Index) 20 IU/L at initial diagnosis; 6. Patients with menopausal symptoms had improved Kupperman score >= 7 at initial diagnosis; 7. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of stellar ganglion block: local anesthetic allergy, neck mobility disorder, infection, ulcer, burn and injury of the skin around the nerve block site; history of chronic pain, long-term use of analgesics; 2. Complicated with electrolyte disorders, acidosis, endocrine diseases, serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, mental diseases, sleep disorders, cognitive disorders; 3. Recently used anti-anxiety drugs, sedative hypnotic drugs, anti-vomiting drugs; 4. Communication breakdown.
