18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65; 2. ASA Grade I-II; 3. Mallampati I-II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hyperreactive airway diseases, such as COPD and asthma; 2. BMI greater than 30 kg/m2 or sleep apnea syndrome; 3. Preoperative history of high reflux aspiration risk; 4. Patients who take sedatives, antitussive drugs and ACEI drugs; 5. Recently infected with upper respiratory tract; 6. Severe heart disease; 7. Patients with a recent history of smoking.
