16 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with either Bipolar Disorder I or II according to DSM-V; 2. Be in partial/complete remission: score on the Depression Scale-17 (HAMD-17) = 12; 5. Aged 16-60 years; 6. At least one family member or caregiver is willing to participate in the whole study; 7. Have a smart phone and a commonly used WeChat account; 8. Does not participated in other intervention program at present.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia or mental retardation: score on the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale < 70; 2. Accompanied by organic brain diseases (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain trauma, etc.) or other serious physical diseases (severe heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure, malignant tumors, etc.); 3. Received ECT in the prior 3 months; 4. Hearing disability; 5. Women in gestational or lactational period; 6. Substance abuse (alcoholism, drug addiction, etc.) in the prior 3 months.
