Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients selected for laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Aged 18-65; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18 25kg/m2; 4. The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as Grade I to Grade II; 5. The preoperative anxiety score (VAS-A) is greater than 0; 6. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the relevant informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with oral history of sedative and analgesic drugs 14 days before surgery(benzodiazepines, barbiturates, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, opioid analgesics, etc.) ; 2. Patients with previous gastrointestinal dysfunction; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with contraindications or allergic reactions to benzodiazepine use; 5. Patients who cannot understand the meaning of the scoring scale and have difficulty in language communication; 6. Patients with a history of mental illness or disturbance of consciousness.
