Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: corrected months 0-12 months; 2. Meet the diagnosis of high risk infants with cerebral palsy; 3. According to the growth and development standards for children issued by WHO in 2006 and the consensus of the American Association for Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition, it is determined as protein energy malnutrition; 4. The guardian signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other diseases; 2. Serious surgical complications; 3. Those who need long-term parenteral nutrition due to gastrointestinal dysfunction and other reasons; 4. It is judged by the gastroenterologist that the digestive function is poor and affects the nutrition absorption; 5. Milk protein allergy or lactose intolerance; 6. The guardian refused to participate in the study.
