Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: corrected months 0-24 months; 2. The diagnosis is hemiplegic cerebral palsy, or it is consistent with the diagnosis of high risk children of hemiplegic cerebral palsy: hemiplegic limb movement disorder, and there is a high risk clinical history of cerebral palsy and/or abnormal head MRI; 3. The guardian signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other musculoskeletal system diseases or nervous system diseases that affect the motor function of the unilateral limbs; 2. Uncontrolled epilepsy; 3. Structured CIMT treatment was performed within 6 months; 4. The guardian refused to participate in the study.
