Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting and valvoplasty/replacement; 2. Age: 18-75 years; 3. Normal consciousness, intelligence and psychological conditions and able to complete the questionnaire in written or oral form; 4. Those who have informed consent and are willing to participate in this study; 5. The person who uses WeChat/QQ to keep in touch with the investigator himself/her family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. It took more than four months to complete the questionnaire; 2. Obstacles to action caused by other diseases; 3. Sports contraindication (uncontrollable angina, severe arrhythmia, etc.); 4. Complicated with malignant tumor.
