Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. The patients diagnosed as sepsis and septic shock according to sepsis 3.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inflammation mainly affects the heart (such as myocarditis, pericarditis, endocarditis); 2. After cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 3. Meet the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome or acute myocardial infarction; 4. Complicated with major heart diseases, such as valvular heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, etc; 5. Postoperative patients who have undergone cardiac surgery in recent two months; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Those who refused to participate in the study.
