1:In one group, the EKR in 3mm cornea was used to calculate the IOL power, classified as uncorrected corneal power group (UCG).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is over 55 years old; 2. Age related cataract and pterygium were diagnosed; 3. Phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation and pterygium excision combined with auto conjunctival transplantation are planned; 4. Pupil enlarges by 7.0 mm or more; 5. The number of corneal endothelial cells is more than 1200/mm2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other eye or systemic diseases that affect vision, such as diabetes retinopathy, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, uveitis or previous intraocular surgery; 2. If the patient has bilateral pterygium or pterygium reaches 3mm central cornea.
