Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as LEAOD by clinical diagnosis and CTA examination of lower limb arteries, and the stenosis degree of the patient's superficial femoral artery was>50% or occluded; 2. The patient is generally OK, can tolerate surgery, and has no surgical contraindication; 3. Rutherford grade is 2~5; 4. Patients require surgery and have high compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's general condition is poor and cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Estimated survival time<6 months; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Allergies to the drugs involved in this study; 5. The liver and kidney functions are seriously incomplete; 6. The guide wire cannot pass due to severe calcification and tortuosity of the target vessel.
