Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is 18-30 years old; 2. Dental pulp necrosis with immature root tip development: The tooth development is in the 7th, 8th or 9th stage of Nolla stage. The Nolla staging method is as follows: Stage 0: no dental follicle; Stage 1: appearance of dental sac; Stage 2: apical calcification; Stage 3: 1/3 crown formation; Stage 4: 2/3 of crown formation; Stage 5: the crown was nearly formed; Stage 6: crown formation and root development; Stage 7: root formation 1/3; Stage 8: root formation 2/3; Stage 9: The root was nearly formed, and the apical foramen were not closed; Stage 10: root formation and apical foramen closure; 3. Adult permanent teeth with mature root development but root tip absorption and destruction, and apical aperture diameter greater than 1mm; 4. There is no need to leave space for the post/core final restoration; 5. Anterior teeth or premolars of single root canal; 6. The patient and his guardian agree to the treatment plan, sign the informed consent form and have good compliance; 7. The patient is not allergic to the drugs and antibiotics needed to complete the treatment; 8. There is no periodontal disease or root fissure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious organ diseases, such as heart, lung, kidney and other major diseases; 2. Patients with apical cyst; 3. Patients who do not cooperate or withdraw.
