Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years old; 2.Patients who need hip and knee arthroplasty in the Department of orthopedics of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, etc.); 2. Have obvious bleeding tendency (such as active gastrointestinal bleeding, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.); 3. Complicated with systemic or local venous thromboembolism (such as deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, etc.); 4. Previously identified coagulation dysfunction; 5. Complicated with severe neuromuscular system diseases; 6. Allergy to tranexamic acid.
