Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.3 months later, conservative treatment failed (MOS); 2. Implantation failure, including head screw falling off or backing off, nail or steel plate breaking, and obvious loss of reduction (varus>10 °, rotation>15 °); 3. Postoperative bone nonunion: the fracture did not heal 6 months after the operation, and no further signs of healing were found in the imaging examination in recent 3 months; 4. Revision of hip joint preservation; 5. Follow up for at least 12 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age<18 years; 2. Acute and chronic osteomyelitis; 3. Soft tissue infection; 4. Avascular necrosis of femoral head; 5. Severe hip osteoarthritis (K-L grade 4); 6. Pathological fracture; 7. Segmental bone defect = 6 cm; 8. Death; 9. Poor compliance.
