65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 65 years or older, elementary school education or higher, sex not limited; 2.No clear history of stroke. No macrovascular lesions on cranial MRI, no subcortical diffuse white matter lesions, or multiple luminal infarcts; 3.Patients and their guardians understand and are willing to participate in this clinical study and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have obvious heart, liver, kidney and lung dysfunction, or have blood system disease, serious infection, mental disease, cancer, alcohol or drug abuse; 2. People who have been diagnosed with dementia, including Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia; 3. Other brain diseases or system diseases with cognitive impairment, such as brain trauma, brain tumor, encephalitis, neurosyphilis, Parkinson's disease, hypothyroidism, vitamin B12 deficiency, etc; 4. Impairment of vision and hearing affects cognitive assessment; 5. Depression disorder, Hamilton Depression Scale 17 version test>17 points; 6. Lack of cooperation or understanding.
